About the Author

Lyndey Milan is the Food Director of The Australian Womens Weekly and also cohosts Channel Nines cooking program Fresh on weekdays. Based in Sydney, Lyndey has presented a food and wine segment on radio each week for over 18 years and has written on food and wine for innumerable publications, including Australian Table, Australian Good Taste, Australian Gourmet Traveller, The Wine magazine, The Sydney Weekly, The SMH Good Food Guide She is the award–winning author of several bestselling cookbooks: PLATES, FLAVOURS and LYNDEY MILANS FABULOUS FOOD.

Colin Corney is a Tasmanian–based wine educator, event organiser and wine education consultant to Wine Australia. He provides wine–based training courses for the hospitality industry and is contracted to the Licensing Commission of Tasmania. Colin is a former National president of the Australian Society of Wine Education. He co–ordinated the Taste Theatres at Wine Australia in 1996, 1998, 2000 and 2004 and is a regular contributor to a number of wine–industry and professional publications.
