In 1993 she moved to Australian Gourmet Traveller, was appointed food editor in 1996 and became food director of this and three other magazines in 2000. She also compiled and edited two cookbooks for Gourmet Traveller. Kathy is now a freelance food writer, and is a partner in Manna from Heaven, producers of divine handmade biscuits and cakes.JAN PURSER is a naturopathic nutrition consultant, remedial therapist and meditation teacher. Her busy clinic, Food, Body and Health, is based in Perth. Jan has worked in the food and food publishing industry for over 20 years, and has written six books on health, food and meditation.
