An entrepreneur, she is responsible for the production quality of many cookbooks. Nies Kartohadiprojo caters professionally for parties and celebrations where she shows off her skills in cooking. Hayatinufus A.L. Tobing has spent 25 years in the culinary field, teaching at various home economics high schools. Linda Adimidjaja is the culinary editor and is responsible for the enticing photography in this book. She works at food manufacturing company in Europe.
